June 14, 2005.   Robert Vercruysse will address The Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants on “Responding to the Whistleblower Complaint” at their annual Litigation & Business Valuation Conference.  He will provide a comprehensive review of the Michigan Whistleblower Statute, as well as a review of Sarbanes Oxley for covered entities, and present a discussion of the internal whistleblower procedure required by Sarbanes Oxley. October 21, 2005.  Robert Vercruysse gave a presentation at the American Employment Law Council's 13th Annual Meeting, at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara, California.  He spoke on Recent NLRB Cases and Collective Bargaining Issues. 

April 6, 2006.  Dave Calzone will give a Family and Medical Leave Act Update and Bob Vercruysse will participate in a panel discussion on Win/Win Strategies at the Bargaining Table Using a Facilitator at the 31^st Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute co-sponsored by the Labor and Employment Law Section, State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service.  The presentations are part of a two-day seminar to be held April 6 & 7, 2006, at The Inn at St. John’s.
