James E. Roach

Shareholder

James Roach has an active litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, real property, collections, labor and employment, and complex litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He also drafts commercial contracts and leases for large and small businesses. In addition, Mr. Roach has extensive experience in litigating business tort cases, including cases involving non-competition agreements, unfair competition, tortious interference, and trade secrets.

Mr. Roach is admitted to practice in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan, the Western District of Michigan, the Western District of Pennsylvania and the District of Colorado.
