Danielle C. Beasley

Associate

Ms. Beasley practices in the areas of labor, employment, and benefits litigation on behalf of private sector, public sector, and non-profit employers. Ms. Beasley has experience defending employers in employment discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases, ERISA and benefits actions, and administrative proceedings.  Ms. Beasley also advises employers on employment-related claims such as contracts, defamation lawsuits, garnishments, and non-competition agreements.  She brings a practical perspective to her role given both her previous experience as a manager and having worked for a major OEM’s management team during its national contract negotiations.
