Bernice McReynolds advises and represents employers in both the private and public sector, focusing primarily on employment discrimination and labor litigation. She also represents employers in labor arbitrations and in administrative proceedings before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Ms. McReynolds also counsels clients on immigration matters and assists both U.S. and non-U.S. employers who seek to employ foreign nationals in the United States.
